Dr Mala Singh

Dr Mala Singh is a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in General Adult Psychiatry with 17 years of senior consultant experience and advanced expertise in neurodevelopmental and complex mental health conditions. She holds dual CCT accreditation in General Adult Psychiatry and Learning Disability, providing a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to assessment and treatment.

Dr Singh has particular expertise in ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders, undertaking regular adult ADHD assessments and offering diagnostic clarity where trauma, anxiety, and comorbid psychiatric difficulties coexist. Her broader clinical practice includes addiction psychiatry, perinatal mental health, personality disorders, and severe and enduring mental illness.

She also has extensive medico-legal experience across civil, criminal, family, employment, and Court of Protection settings. In addition to her clinical and expert witness work, Dr Singh serves as a Medical Member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal, contributing to safeguarding and oversight within mental health law.
